PUBLIC DOMAIN WEBSITES
In order to keep our prices to a minimum, we utilise the available FREE FortuneCity webspace to post your pages to. FortuneCity makes available a huge 20 MB of webspace for private individuals and have just opened up their Free Business Park for commercial organisatons.
This is a free service available to clients who do not have a current account with an ISP but would like to have a site on the InterNet.
An Email address is required for registration of your Website. If you
have an Email account with your current ISP it is acceptable for this
registration.
If you don't have a current Email address, or do not wish
to use your current account, we will set one up for you utilising one of
the Free Email services available on the InterNet.
No cost is involved and additional addresses can be established for other members or sections of your company, etc.
SITE MAINTENANCE
A Site Maintenance service is available for clients who require
regular updates, upgrading and alterations to the information on their site.
Arranged either weekly, monthly or at anytime at the clients
request.
All updated copy, graphic images etc, are required with a
minimum of five working days notification prior to deadline.
BANNER DESIGN
There are a number of options available on the InterNet for attracting
visitors to your website. Banner Exchanges are one way to acheive this.
We can design a banner for you which can include a photo, information
about your site and link it to other host sites. In exchange the host
site displays their banner on your site.
The price quoted is for the banner design only, placement of your banner with other host sites is provided free of charge. We also register your new Website with the major Search Engines. (ie. Yahoo, Alta Vista, etc.)
SOUND SAMPLES
We can provide sound sampling for any audio you wish to have on your site. Audio from DAT, CD or Cassette is acceptable for creating the sound files. A maximum of 1 or 2 samples is recommended for any music product you wish to promote or use to enhance your site.
Alternatively, clients can provide their own sound samples.
Sound
files must be in the .WAV format with a max 30 second
duration.
8 bit Mono @ 22.05 Khz is suitable
for multimedia.
Note: All sound, text and graphic files are not to exceed 1MB in size per file.
Music and sound samples, other than original material, must have the appropriate lisences and copyright clearances required for public broadcast.
OTHER SERVICES
We have available PC Support services to assist you with any computer related problems, tuition etc .
A Hardware and Software installation service and a Systems Consultancy service to assist with the selection of appropriate equipment and related software for specific operations of your organisation or simply for your own home use.
Also, a LAN Advisory Service for small to medium business with full Internet and Intranet functionality.
Desktop Publishing services are available for all your design graphics, Powerpoint presentations, logo and packaging design, posters,
handbills, letterheads, business cards and scanning requirements.
